· We will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your form. For exhibitors outside of our coverage (Asian countries mostly through our affiliate Chambers of Commerce), it will be Virtual-Fairs.com, Corp. who will send you a contract to finalize the paperwork.

· Payment details will be given to you once coordination for the photos & contract has been finalized. Presently, we are offering payment through: Telegraphic Transfer but we shall soon offer secure payment system through the Internet.

· After receipt of signed contract & confirmed payment, you will be given an ID & password that you can use to update your booth. Each exhibitor is entirely -responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

· Right now, the facility to upload your initial virtual booth will be done by our Virtual Booth Developers. Your booth will be uploaded on the Internet as soon as we have received your materials.
